Create Geofences

Geofences are rectangular, virtual boundaries set around a geographic location you specify. You can be notified when a trailer exits or enters an enabled geofence. Default settings for geofences are defined in Company Settings. The geographic center point for the geofence can be based on:

• The trailer's last known location as of the date the geofence is scheduled to begin
• The trailer's last known location
• A custom landmark, such as a trailer yard
