Set Up Macro
The Set Up Macro page lets you view, create, and edit your electronic forms, known as macros. You can also prepare your macro templates to be integrated with another application, such as a dispatch application.
General Definition
- Macro number/version / Macro name
- The macro number and version currently in use, and the name of the macro. Drivers and dispatchers use this information to select the macro to send.
- Macro Description
- Descriptive information about the macro.
- Macro type
- Either forward or return macro. This field cannot be changed.
- Message suppression
- Identifies whether the message body should be displayed.
- Return macro (forward macro only)
- The number of an associated return macro. This macro automatically appears for drivers when they reply to a message using this forward macro template.
- Coverage (return macro only)
- Identifies who receives this macro when a driver sends it: the members of the vehicle's coverage group and/or a specified user or address list. For example, if the return macro contains driver hours worked, you may route it to an address list that consists ofyour payroll staff.
Macro Template
- Specify Mode
- When creating a macro template, keep the Template Builder Mode selected. When working with integration, select the Field Grouping Mode.

- Required Field
- With the field selected, click to make the field a required field that the user must complete. The field is underlined in red.
- Remove Item

- Insert New Line
- Click to move to the next line in the macro template.
