Company Settings - Company Information
The Company Settings - Company Information section lists identifying information for your company.
Your company information and preferences are set up initially by Omnitracs. You can view the settings and change some of your information and preferences. You must have the Admin role to change general company settings.
- Company ID
- The identifier for your company in the Omnitracs system. You can't change this ID.
- Company name
- The complete name of your company. When users log in to the Services Portal, they see the company name on the upper, right. You can change your company name; users see the change the next time they log in.
- Company contact
- The person at your company to contact for information. this is a freeform text field, and can contain a name and phone number or email address.
- Company address information
- The company address, city, country, state or province, and zip or postal code. This information can be changed.
Note: Company name, contact, and address fields cannot contain the
following characters:
